Ivanac Mechanical delivered a cost saving that met the clients budget and redesigned the project to a Mitsubishi Heat Recovery system with a itouch controller. The project comprised of toilet exhaust, carpark ventilation CO2 monitoring, also a diesel pump room located in the basement carpark.
